The Seller & Purchaser agree to the following 12 conditions of sale:
1. Your kitten has been raised with loving care within our home in a family environment. Every possible care has been taken to
insure that your kitten is being delivered to its new owner in the best possible condition and health.
Kitten has been fed the follow food: 4Health - All Life Stage Formula (www.tractorsupply.com)
2. Preceding pickup your kitten was: bathed/blow dried, ears flushed/treated (Iodine/warm water; Tresaderm), nails clipped, eyes
cleaned, and coat groomed.
3. If the cat or kitten is found to be of unacceptable health, excluding minor problems that could occur from the stress of the trip to
your home, Seller agrees to replace cat/kitten with one of equal value when available, but only a proper veterinarian report. NO Cash
Refunds. Shipment / Transportation of replacement will be at purchaser’s expenses.
4. The kitten comes with a 1 year Health Warrantee:
• If kitten should die, euthanasia become necessary due to genetic related health reasons, then the purchaser shall provide evidence
that the kitten has been receiving proper
and regular health care by a licensed veterinarian, and a Veterinarian Death Certificate stating the reason for death or euthanasia
(This contract does not cover veterinarian
expenses that may occur in this process).
• The Seller agrees to replace the cat/kitten with one of equal value when available (no guarantee of color).
• There will be NO cash refunds for kitten, and NO reimbursement for veterinarian expenses.
• If however, the kitten’s death or euthanasia occurred due to negligence of proper daily care, diet, or health care (to include
regular veterinarian visits),
then the Warrantee becomes void.
• It should be understood that this warrantee doesn’t mean that your cat/kitten will never get sick, or need medical attention during
the duration of this contract.
And it should be understood that this contract does not cover any medical expenses that may occur during the contract duration of
one year.
5. Purchaser has three (3) working days from the date of sale to take this kitten to a licensed Veterinarian, at their own expense, to
attest health condition of the kitten; And, Purchaser must mail a copy of the Veterinarian Health Report to Seller to activate the
Health Warrantee.
6. Purchaser agrees that this cat/kitten will be an indoor pet.
7. Under NO circumstances will this cat/kitten or kittens that may result from the breeding of this cat be sold to any pet shop,
laboratory, or similar facility.
8. If this cat/kitten is found to be neglected or of ill health for any length of time, purchaser will surrender the cat/kitten to the seller
unconditionally without refund.
9. The Seller does not guarantee this cat/kitten does not, or will not ever have internal or external parasites like fleas, ear mites,
worms, coccidia…etc. The cat/kitten has been wormed and treated for parasites as needed before being released.
10. Unless purchased with breeding rights, Purchaser agrees to neuter/spay cat between 5 to 6 months of age.
11. Purchaser understands that the color of the kitten purchased is the best estimation of color at the time of purchase. Kittens may
change color slightly, or significantly with age: NO exchanges or refunds are made due to color. We do our best to ascertain the
proper color of kitten before releasing it to its new owner.
12. Purchaser agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that the contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of
Tennessee, in the county of Dickson. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Dickson County, Tennessee. Attorney fees and
court fees which may arise from breech of this contract will be paid by the Purchaser of the cat/kitten identified herein. INT:

Purchase Contract
| Beechwoods FIRST & ONLY obligation is to the Welfare of Our Cats & Kittens; Therefore, if We for any reason believe it to be in the BEST INTERESTS of the welfare of our kitten/cat, Then: We Reserve the Right to Refuse a Sell of any of our cats or kittens without explanation. |
DEPOSITS
I can not hold a kitten without a Deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, so be sure before placing
a Deposit.
You can, however, transfer the deposit to another kitten that is available on our Available Page.
We are aware that circumstances change and it is not always possible to take possession of a cat or
kitten as originally planned. Deposits will be considered payment for boarding, grooming and lost
opportunities for placement if the buyer changes their mind for any reason other than defined in the
contract.
